Phase Transformation Diffusion Bonding of Titanium Alloy to Stainless Steel

Jointing of titanium alloy and stainless steel is very often in the fields like aviation, chemical plants etc. The combination of materials has the advantages of both titanium alloy and stainless steel and will reduce the consumption of titanium resource. The phase transformation diffusion bonding of TA17 titanium alloy to 0CriSNigTi stainless steel are carried out on Gleeble - 1500D. The effcet of maximum thermal cycle temperature, the tensile strength, the fracture surface and microstruture of the joints are investigated. The results show that TiFe and TiFe2 intermetallics and some solid solutions are formed along the interface, when maximum thermal cycle temperature increase, the area proportion of intermetallics in the fracture surface increase, which are detrimental to the mechanical properties of the transition joints.     

Design of Data Acquisition System for Vehicle Based on CAN Bus

To the question that a meter is correspond with a set of lead and a sensor,this paper presents a design of data acquisition system for vehicle based on CAN bus.In this way,the combinatorial instrument is only connected by a bus unit.Author introduces the data acquisition structure chart and the CAN interface,analyzes the software by program flow chart,and shows it's application for vehicle virtual instrument.A method of calculating vehicle speed,engine rotate speed and the course of development mileage are also given.     

Concrete Evidence Reseach to the Aacepting Insurance Ability of China''s Non-life Insurance Companies

Owning to the ability of accepting insurance enough,it is the foundation for insurance companies to operate in a long-term and steady way,a method to develop sustainably,a reflection of an insurance company's comprehensive competition ability and also a premise for an insurance company to realize developing strategy.Accepting insurance ability is very important in the development and strategic planning for an insurance company.The quantitative analysis is used to analyze the ability of accepting insurance of our country's insurance companies,in another word,the factor(analysis),which belongs to the analysis of diverse statistic,is used.Using the method to give a concrete evidence analysis to the ability of accepting insurance of our country's non-life insurance companies,so that the insurance companies can understand very well to the advantages and disadvantages of the ability of accepting insurance to each other,and as well as supplying a strategic reference for the insurance companies themselves to make decisive planning.     

喷雾机器人远程控制系统的设计与试验研究

结合喷雾机器人作业环境的要求,开发出基于客户端/服务器模式的远程控制平台.该平台实现了通过无线网络实时传输各类数据和控制命令,客户端再现了机器人的工作环境和状态.在此基础上进行了系统性能测试和轨迹测试.试验结果表明:为了保证良好的操控性,机器人所处区域信号强度必须大于30%,操作者根据反馈信息判断机器人是否偏离预定路径,并在偏离时给予有效的纠正,为解决喷雾机器人重喷、漏喷的问题提供了一种方法.     

离心泵节能技术工作的改进措施

针对离心泵节能问题,从设计、制造、配套等技术角度进行了阐述分析,提出可通过CAD/CFD技术的应用、传统设计方法的提高和改进、CAM技术在泵制造过程中的应用、提高铸造技术水平、调节转速以及提高离心泵选型的设计水平等措施来实现高效节能的目标。并通过分析目前存在的制约节能工作开展的问题,提出改进离心泵节能工作的实施办法。     

白口铸铁机械性能研究及在农机制造中的应用(I)

为了提高白口铸铁的冲击韧性等机械性能,扩大其在农机具上的应用范围,采用BZ变质剂对白口铸铁进行变质浇铸,并研究了变质剂对白口铸铁中碳化物的断网效果。试验结果表明,变质剂对于含碳量在3.2%以下、含铬量在12%以下的白口铸铁具有较好的断网效果。     

集对分析法在地下水水质评价中的应用

同一级别不同地区的地下水水质会因评价指标数值的差异而有所差别,将集对分析法运用到地下水水质评价中,可以先通过计算评价样本与评价指标之间的联系度对样本作初步的排序,再对样本作进一步的同一、差异、对立的集对分析以判断出评价样本的等级.研究结果表明:评价结果与采用其他评价方法时基本一致,且集对分析法简便、实用,计算结果客观、稳定,是一种有效的水质评价方法.     

酿酒酵母细胞壁和细胞膜应对高渗胁迫机制研究

酿酒酵母是食品发酵最常用的菌种之一,酵母应对高渗胁迫的能力决定食品发酵的成功与否以及食品腐败的危害程度。为研究高糖压力对酿酒酵母的影响,测定了酿酒酵母在应对极端高糖压力(0. 6 g/m L)时细胞壁几丁质和葡聚糖含量的变化,采用CFW染料和葡聚糖特异性降解酶对细胞壁的敏感性进行分析,并进一步通过双染料(PI和Hoechst 33342)染色对酿酒酵母细胞膜完整性进行分析,最后通过RNA测序研究了酿酒酵母在极端高糖压力下表达的全局差异基因。结果表明:高糖压力改变了酿酒酵母细胞壁和细胞膜的特性。全局转录测试结果显示,高糖压力通过下调酿酒酵母与细胞壁完整性(CWI)信号传导途径相关的基因ROM1、RLM1、PIR3、YGP1、CWP1等,进行细胞壁损伤的应激反应,高糖压力还通过下调酿酒酵母与细胞膜成分相关的基因(如PDR15和YOR1)造成了细胞膜损伤。最后,比较了酿酒酵母在不同压力因子(0. 2 g/m L糖、0. 4 g/m L糖、0. 6 g/m L糖和柠檬醛压力)下细胞依赖RLM1调控的CWI信号传导途径的差异调节,结果发现,在CWI中起关键作用的RLM1仅在0. 6 g/m L糖的极端压力下被下调。
